- 3R Services LLC is a father/son remodeling and
construction company owned by Jim and Carson
Cressman (About us.) They started 3R Services in
2000. In the years since, 3R Services (and now 3R
Services LLC) has successfully completed an average
of 30 remodeling and construction jobs per year.
3R Services LLC has extensive experience finishing
basements, building additions, and constructing
garages, decks, deck covers and porches. We have
also remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, as well as
finished attics and reconfigured home interiors.
3R Services LLC offers design resources as simple as
a quick conceptual drawing and as involved as
architectural and engineering plans ready to submit for
permitting.
3R Services LLC is licensed, insured, and can provide
extensive references for your review.
